on November 9th in Osaka, and on 11th in Tokyo and
on 12th in Yokohama.
During our last visit to Tokyo in August, it was
a pleasure to attend your Bharatanatyam Class. We
were very much impressed by the high standard of
the students, their hard work and dedication. You
will indeed do your guru proud and we send you our
best wishes for your performances and the excellent
work you are doing to propagate the culture of India
in Japan thus building bridges of understanding
between two great cultures.

私が本年8月に東京に滞在した際、貴方のバラタナティアムの教室を拝見し、生徒の方々のレベルの高さや、レッスンに対する熱心さに大変感動致しました。貴方のグル（教師）は、このことを大変誇りに思われると思います。私は、公演の成功と共に、貴方の行っている、インド文化を広く日本に紹介するという素晴らしい活動が、日本とインドという偉大な文化を持つ２つの国が、互いに理解し合う架け橋となっていくことをお祈り致します。

舞踊評論家。近年出版された、「バラタナティアム」著者。 著名な舞踊評論家であり、THE TIMES
OF INDIAの記者。世界中で舞台芸術の取材活動を行っており、2000年8月に、国際文化協会主催・「能楽とインド古典舞踊のワークショップ」の取材の為、講師として招聘された国際的に著名な舞踊家、パドマブーシャン・ソーナル・マンシン女史と共に来日。
